In 2015, Cory became a certified Athletic Trainer through the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer. She has maintained her license and certification since. During her graduate studies at the University of Scranton, Cory had the honor of working as a graduate assistant for Dr. Renee Hakim, PT, PhD, NCS assisting in running the Edward Leahy Pro Bono Clinic for the underinsured and un-insured with other students, as well as collecting data for a retrospective study to evaluate the outcomes of patients with orthopedic disorders who received care at the clinic. She is excited to explore future career options, including clinical specializations.
