PTW Souderton Ribbon Cutting Celebration
Since 2002, PTW has had the privilege of helping over 34,000 new patients work on their aches, breaks, and function at 5 locations located in the tri-valley area. Since then, PTW has worked hard to gain the trust of over 1,450 local physicians. This month, Souderton, our seventh location, located at 594 East Broad Street, across from Old high School, opened for business, and is celebrating with a grand opening on September 29th from 5:30PM until 7:30 PM. The grand opening celebration will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, food from local businesses, free trials of the Alter-G, anti-gravity treadmill, and more.
PTW Souderton is now open and taking new patients, with Doctor Stephanie McDougal directing the show. Stephanie received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University and Doctorate in Physical therapy from Arcadia University. Stephanie specializes in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation and has a strong interest in treating patients with vertigo, dizziness, balance impairments, and oculomotor and concentration/memory impairments post-concussion. She also specializes in treating cases of lymphedema post-surgery or cancer treatment. Stephanie has a strong background in competitive gymnastics and collegiate track and field which blends well with PTW's strong sports medicine and orthopedic practice.
PTW’s new Souderton office will be equipped with a state-of-the- art, anti-gravity, Alter G treadmill which will allow patients to run with less pressure and stress on their joints. The new clinic will be opened on Saturdays, filling a void for patients in need of physical therapy on weekends in Souderton.
Robert Babb, president of the seven location company states, "This is an exciting time for PTW! We are looking forward to filling physical therapy voids in Souderton and its surrounding areas. We look forward to providing residents the quality care we have been able to provide in six other locations and getting involved in the community. We are looking forward to having Stephanie run our new clinic and share her expertise with the community. Our grand opening open house will be the perfect opportunity for PTW to showcase our state of the art equipment and quality of care we can offer patients."
