FORMER PTW PATIENT, GOODMAN, HELPS TEAM WIN CONSTITUTION CROWN!
Tracy Goodman, former patient & Power Forward from Philmont Christian Academy has over 1,200 points for the season with no signs of slowing down!! Last night Goodman had an all-star night to help her team win the BAL Constitution Division, for the 3rd year in a row! See recap below:
Tracey came to us after a hip injury during a workout routine. The loss of her range of motion & strength was starting to affect her ability to perform at the high level she's used to. "When I first started PT, I couldn't really extend my legs straight and Jim (Fagnani, DPT) couldn't stretch my hip out because I was so stiff and tense! Now I can easily stretch my legs and I'm closer to touching my toes!" explains Goodman.
Thankfully, we have the Anti-Gravity Treadmill (Alter G) to get her back to the courts to finish out her senior year and begin her soon to be Freshman year at Rider University! Tracey says "The Alter G and I have a love hate relationship, some days I loved it, other days, I dreaded it! But, it helped me get better and got me back to playing at 100%!"
We are proud to be a part of Tracey's recovery and look forward to following the rest of her basketball career!
